Agreement
By downloading or using Drifthalla, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Runeteca Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
The App
Drifthalla is a sleep sounds application for iOS. The app plays ambient audio when your device is connected to a charger during a configured sleep time window. The app requires iOS and an iPhone or iPad to function.
Subscriptions
Drifthalla offers an auto-renewable subscription ("Drifthalla Pro") that unlocks access to 11 premium sleep sounds. Subscription options are:
Monthly: $1.99 per month
Yearly: $12.99 per year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Drifthalla for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
Content
All audio content, designs, and trademarks within Drifthalla are owned by Runeteca Technologies LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content from the app without our written permission.
Disclaimer
Drifthalla is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any sleep outcomes or health effects.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runeteca Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Drifthalla.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
